Now, let’s talk a bit deeper?

Bosch Mixer

Design

This Bosch Mixer looks like a homey mixer, but professional. Its body is made by plastic material. It looks very simple and kitchen friendly. Dominated with only one color, looks in tone for what color did you choose. There are white, black and red. This looks bigger than other regular mixer, completed by a beater in the middle and motor at the bottom. Again, I say this looks homey, I mean this Bosch does not look like a mixer you usually find at bakery, but this is made purposely to be placed on the kitchen counter. Do you get what I mean?

It looks like a motor blender on side, but some customers say they do not get a blender for the whole packaging. But some say they got a blender for the whole packaging. Means, this Bosch mixer is completed with a blender. Some stores sold it separately, some sold it as one package. Coming in size 15.43 x 12.76 x 8.9 inches, just like I told before, it is big enough, compare to the other mixer.  Read also: Kitchenaid 600 vs 610

Specification and Features

When you bought a Bosch mixer, you will get a body motor of mixer and blender, one plastic bowl, one egg beater and one dough beater. The blender pitcher itself is sold depending by the store, so make sure about the price you will pay balance what you will get. The beater position is in the middle of the bowl. The removable beater possible the user to change beater when making a dough, match to the recipe. Unfortunately, the removable beater feature which stick on the bowl, not the motor, makes it harder to be removed. When it is needed to change the egg beater to dough beater, imagine how much dough will be sticky there. This is a nice feature, actually. But it is better to stick on the motor, than stick on the bowl.

Performance

Some people regret the material of its bowl which is plastic. It is because after using it quite often, they are found some scratches on the bowel walls. Of course, this makes user doubt the health of their food, whether the smooth plastic bowl which is scratched fall down to the dough, then eaten. No, I personally swear I hate this. Unfortunately, this makes this mixer not reliable enough for long-term use. However, this mixer’s motor is quite sturdy and looks durable.

But the dough bowl is much more crucial. Of course, who wants to spend a lot of money to buy this bowl regularly. Except, the dough you make in this mixer is not a cake dough, but it’s a donut dough. Hopefully, this bowl is more suitable and more durable. Even more the position of the beater is in the middle of the bowl. It will be harder for cake dough. This mixer seems suitable for making donuts only but not for making cakes.

Price

This Bosch mixer costs $300.00 until $400.00 depend on the store and package available. I personally say that Bosch mixer is very expensive. $300.00 for the lowest price, furthermore the bowl is not durable.

Warranty

This Bosch mixer is completed by a year warranty.

Kitchenaid Mixer

Design

Unlike Bosch mixer which looks truly homey, this Kitchenaid mixer looks truly professional. Its body is made by stainless steel material. Nearly close to a baker professional mixer in such a bakery. It still looks simply, but professional. Just like what I told you above that Bosch mixer is purposely made for kitchen counter, this Kitchenaid mixer is purposely made for a professional baker. I mean the design looks more professional. This sound a bit lavish, actually. How come plastic and stainless steel give a huge different perception? Anyway, this is what Kitchenaid mixer looks like.

Coming in size 11 x 12 x 15 inches, a bit smaller than Bosch mixer. Coming with only one color which is monochrome and dominated with silver. What’s nice is the motor is stick on the beater. Easier than Bosch mixer if you want to take off the bowl and move the dough to other place because the beater is not stick on the bowl.

Specification and Features

When you bought a Kitchenaid mixer, you will get a body motor of mixer, one stainless steel bowl, one egg beater and one dough beater. The beater position is stick on the motor, over the bowl. The removable beater possible the user to change beater when making a dough, match to the recipe.

Performance

As I personally regret the material of Bosch mixer, I do like the material of Kitchenaid mixer. It is because after using it quite often, there are no scratches on the bowel walls. Of course, because the bowl is made from stainless steel. Unlike Bosch mixer which seems unreliable enough for long-term use, this Kitchenaid mixer looks more trusted. If Bosch mixer is more suitable for donut dough, this Kitchenaid mixer is more suitable for cake.

Price

This Kitchenaid mixer costs $85.00. This is an excellent offer. Meanwhile another brand offers up to $400.00. I personally say that Kitchenaid mixer is very cheap. This is truly worth the price, compare to the Bosch mixer.

Warranty

This Kitchenaid mixer is completed by a year warranty, exactly the same as the Bosch mixer.
