Well, the new feature introduced in this blender is the use of the built-in digital timer that does not only ease you to track the right time for your perfect blends, but also helps you in being multitasking in the kitchen.
The lid in this A2300 is replaced with a clear and better-locking lid that can ease you in monitoring how the texture of the ingredients inside it is. Well, this might not be something so special, but that is what makes this different from the last one.
The warranty is extended to 10 years warranty, which brings peace into your mind as the previous one has already offered quite long warranty of 7 year, but this one offers you something better. Imagine paying around $500 for this blender and needed to pay around only $4 per month for the warranty.
The A2300 has dishwasher-safe container that can be safely stuff your blender container into the dishwasher. Well, this feature is not available in the previous versions like the 7500 and you might not find this interesting since the A2300 still have its self-cleaning program running perfectly.
However, if you feel like you want to make sure that your container is cleaned thoroughly, then you might be glad to have this feature in this A2300.
The A2300 offers a 64-ounce container and you can always add additional attachments like other containers in different sizes so that you can use the same machine for multiple purposes. These additional attachments can be bought separately from the A2300.
Vitamix Ascent A3500
If the Vitamix Ascent A2300 offers a digital timer that could help you finding the right time for perfect texture, then this A3500 offers you something upgraded.
It is equipped with 5 built-in programs that could adjust your blending time in accordance to the ingredients that you blend. These programs include smoothies, dips or spreads, hot soups, frozen desserts, and self-cleaning. This is a maximum convenience where you only need to put in the ingredients, press the digital button and then just walk away.
This also allows you to be multitasking at its finest since you can do multiple things at once without needing to tracking the time for the best texture and remembering it. The A3500 will automatically stop once the blending is done. This A3500 worth the money you spent to assist your busy days.
Another thing that stands out in this A3500 is the upgraded pre-set that does not appear as a part of the speed control dials like on the 750 Professional, but appears separately as touch screen buttons, just like all the controls in the A3300 and A3500 models.
Just like in the A2300, this A3500 can also use different containers. The pre-set programs in this blender make it automatically adjust to the container that you put on it. It is a self detect program that could offer another level of convenience.
But, if the containers are the only reason why you want to buy this blender, you might need to reconsider it since you can also find the feature of using different containers in the A2300 that can be $150 cheaper than this A3500.
However, if you wish to have extra convenience with the pre-set programs and the containers at once, then this A3500 might be best be in your bucket list.

The self-cleaning feature is also available in previous models of other series like the E30 and E320. But, the self-cleaning in those previous models do not provide you the ultra convenience.
With this A3500, you can take out you delicious blends out and then drop soap and water into the container and hit the self-cleaning button and just walk away. You can empty the soapy water at any time you want.
